Description
Isotroin 20 Capsule, manufactured by Cipla Ltd, contains Isotretinoin (20 mg), a derivative of Vitamin A. It is primarily prescribed for the treatment of severe cystic acne or nodular acne that hasn’t improved with conventional therapies such as antibiotics or topical medications.
Isotretinoin works by reducing the amount of oil released by sebaceous (oil) glands in the skin and helping the skin renew itself more quickly. Its anti-inflammatory and comedolytic properties make it one of the most effective oral treatments for chronic and resistant forms of acne.
